I agree, acupuncture is an amazing “energy medicine.” I’ve been using acupuncture most of my life, beginning when I was a professional ballet dancer for bursitis in my heel. Reiki and acupuncture are a great combination — my acupuncturist gets Reiki from me when we trade treatments.

Thanks for reading! It’s sunny, clean and cold here at 7000 feet in the Rockies. Getting up into the atmosphere helps to clear the way for insight but actually, I have to go with Jon Kabot-Zinn’s great book title: Wherever You Go, There You Are. In it he quotes Einstein: “A human being is part of the whole, called by us “Universe,” a part limited in time and space. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest – a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole nature in its beauty.” Have a beautiful day.
