GENDAI REIKI HO

MIKAO USUI originated Reiki Ryoho as a way of life for joy and balance in all aspects of being. The Japanese Reiki of HIROSHI DOI, member of the Reiki Ryoho Gakkai, is fast becoming the most thorough way of learning Japanese Reiki in the West. There are hardly any Gokuikaiden (highest level) of Gendai Reiki Ho teachers in the United States. About this way to practice Reikiho, Doi-sensei says:

    "Just as we are made of vibrations, Reiki energy is also one of the vibrations that abound in the Universe. It is the energy of love, harmony and healing that resonates with human consciousness, or spiritual awareness. It is a gift from the Universe that leads us to health and happiness."

GIANNA SETTIN has practiced Reiki for 10 years, has taught over 100 Reiki classes and has introduced hundreds of students around the world to Usui Reiki Ryoho. She has 25 years-plus of varied teaching experience and her training emphasizes comprehension in a relaxed atmosphere where you can truly be your authentic self.

GENDAI REIKI HO TRAINING is offered on four levels from Shoden and Okuden up through Shinpiden and Gokuikaiden (Teacher), in small classes or privately, for more intensive training and personalized experience so that issues that come up can be resolved. The teachings are done over time, not in one weekend. This allows integration of the empowerments and results in true understanding of the spirit of Reiki.

Reiki Empowerments (attunements) give you access to new vibrational energetic frequencies. The instruction in using these in your daily practice is learned in the first two levels of Reiki training. After this, if you choose to advance, you will find that it continues the process of deep healing and purification, and accelerates spiritual transformation.

There are no short-cuts to enlightenment. Reiki does contain "method" and "technique" and these are necessary, but the essence of Reiki is its spiritual teachings. It is a way of life --- a time-honored tradition--- and this "mystery" simply cannot be known in one weekend. So, if you really want to learn Reiki, leave breathing room between the Levels so you can absorb your meditation and practice, and you will have the fulfilling, inspiring and life-enhancing experience you are seeking.

ADVANCED REIKI TRAINING

SHINPIDEN- the "Mystery Teachings" & GOKUIKAIDEN-"Shihan" in Gendai Reiki Ho.

In Japanese Reiki there is no "Master" concept--- that is a Western idea. The focus of the Advanced levels of Reiki is very simply the spiritual nature of Reiki, the meaning of which is embodied in the Reiki Precepts and Meditations and in the deepening of understanding and transformation --- always in concert with your Higher Self --- that comes through enlightenment.

APPRENTICESHIP in ADVANCED GENDAI REIKI HO gives you the highest levels: in Shinpiden ("master" in Western terms), you study and practice in-depth the spiritual level of Reiki that allows you to reach the Gokuikaiden ("teacher") Shihan level. Only then are you prepared to pass on empowerments to others. Becoming a Shihan in not something that happens in one weekend.

It is required to have taken Shoden and Okuden Gendai Reiki Ho in order to begin Gendai Reiki Ho Shinpiden training. According to the Japanese teaching tradition, the teacher lets the student know when it is time to advance. So far no one has been surprised by the timing.

Gendai Reiki Ho is for the student who desires a deep and abiding realization of what Reiki truly is, and an enlightened, transformative process of study. Excellent for those who are branching out as Reiki Teachers from other lineages/schools.

SHINPIDEN TEACHER TRAINING REFRESHER in Japanese Reiki Ryoho gives you Japanese Reiki Teacher training (Important: this is not the same as the official Gendai Reiki Ho Shinpiden Reiki course).

The purpose of this Weekend Retreat is to give yourself increased knowledge and confidence through review of the principles of Japanese Reiki Ryoho, and to receive advanced instruction in teaching and re-attunement. Private treatment sessions and consultations are available on the preceding Friday.

Receive Master instruction, learn from others, and share insights and experiences while also receiving deep healing and furthering of your Reiki path.
